The following information is my interpretation of some things I’ve have seen going on in the world around me. In other words, this article is an opinion and nothing more. If you have information to add to or confirm my findings, please feel free to join our Facebook Group:

Based on all the information I’ve gathered to this date and from my own research I find myself “Erring on the side of Caution” every time I’m in public. So many people everywhere are offended by so many different things. If one dare opens their mouth, it’s with caution. Pay Attention to people’s body language, even if they don’t say anything you can still tell when they become uncomfortable.
So, one then asks themselves is it me? Am I that offensive?
There’s more there if you Pay Attention. If someone is bothered by something someone else says or does and no one else is bothered by it, then that individual that is offended obviously has something that is bothering them.
What makes them feel offended?
Could be several things based on their beliefs and views of the world is all how and why that person then takes offense. Normally culturally speaking everyone knows what is considered offensive and what not to do. However, humans have expanded globally and become a melting pot of cultures. The only way a person can remain unoffensive consistently today is to literally know every culture, belief, and background for the individuals they are dealing with or to remain like a “piece of wood” and not interact with anyone.
Back to an offended individual in a large group where no one else finds offense, what is the issue at hand? Simply put PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), myriad of other issues mentally, or ignorance.
When I take offense to something I often look within myself to figure out why I would take offense in the first place. Often it is because someone in my past that hurt me deeply would do that same exact thing. Otherwise, I see no reason to take offense with anything unless someone is causing harm in an outward way to someone or something around them. Let each person be them and do what makes them happy.
Another reason that “Erring on the side of Caution” is a must today is our rapidly changing laws and society. I did some research, and every State except Montana has a law against texting and driving…however, these fast-food establishments are putting in mobile apps and ways to cut in line at the drive through with mobile orders.
STOP. Think….
When you signed for your driver’s license did you sign paperwork stating that you would not text and drive or operate a cell phone while operating a motorized vehicle? If you live where texting and driving is illegal, I am pretty sure you signed a document stating exactly that.
Here’s the kicker….
I’m just waiting to see tickets written for all those that have been using the mobile apps to cut in line at the drive thru. I’m being serious. An individual uses the app. It has GPS which will tell the government where the individuals were when putting in the order. Then the individual has no choice but to pull the mobile phone out to verify arrival, thus a second time the government will get the individual for texting and driving. Then when the individual drives through the drive-thru, they have video evidence if the individual is alone.
Fast Food locations are encouraging consumers to break the law. These locations are encouraging people to cut line and not patiently wait or go inside if they preorder thus creating a possibility of vehicular accidents.
When places started putting in the mobile lines, my husband and I intentionally didn’t order out for a week because of how many close calls we saw. After a couple of weeks, my husband and I tried fast food again and realized that we truly didn’t miss it. Yes, it is convenient but when I stopped eating it for a few weeks and tried it again it was nasty. Suddenly I could taste every fake, synthetic chemical in it. It’s sad really. I have alpha gal which is an allergy to mammal (beef, pork, venison, etc.) so there are very few fast food or restaurant locations that are safe to eat at. (For a deep dive investigate who created the ticks that carry Alpha Gal and what companies that individual owns).
When we do eat fast food now, my husband and I tend to notice not just chemicals but negative effects and reactions in our body and mind as a result. At times my husband and I have used fast food as a reward or treat and were excited to have something we have had in a while. 15-30 minutes after eating fast/processed food my husband and I notice our mood shift and it is always in a negative direction. Even if my husband and my perceived experience going to the location was still enjoyable and the food was enjoyable our mood will still shift. My husband and I always must be mindful when eating processed foods because it tends to not just pull our emotions and attitude in a negative direction, but we end up hungry and needing a snack shortly after. However, when my husband and I eat a clean diet of all natural unprocessed foods, we barely need anything at mealtime and don’t need snacks to make it through the day. A big plus is energy and mood are enhanced positively as a result. Thus, before my husband and I eat out, we must do a lot of research or “err on the side of caution” when in public.
My husband and I also “err on the side of caution” when going to the grocery store. Big chains that have self-checkout really don’t have the consumer in mind. Here’s how I came to this conclusion.
Firstly, big chains are implementing self-checkout which takes human interaction and compassion out of the shopping experience.
Secondly these locations tend to have a lot of bioengineered food my body doesn’t tolerate or process very well.
Thirdly, they irradiate the food to extend the shelf life, which not only makes the employees sick but ultimately in the long run the consumer too. To experiment my husband and I purchased organic from local farms and the big chain locations. We had to consume twice as much of the food that had been irradiated to get the same benefits health wise. No wonder our population is becoming obese.
Doctors’ office visits are another place my husband and I tend to “err on the side of caution”. Many reasons for this. One is because prescription medication almost killed me. Thus, anytime I go to the doctor now I go to find out what the physical problem is with my body. From what I am told and find on my own research I then investigate natural remedies and reach out to appropriate professionals or see if it can be fixed with meditation.
Yes, meditation.
It works for pain relief and so much more. I had multiple conditions that doctors stated were incurable but with meditation suddenly they were gone, and it was no miracle I know the science behind the how and why it worked some of what I used can be found at our other website www.4tdanes.com
Meditation is also why I’m not angry about any of the above that we mentioned that we see happening in our society. Meditation has you look within yourself. It also teaches you to stop, think, and then respond so that you bring about less suffering in those around you. It helps you learn to Pay Attention and see the BIGGER Picture of what’s really happening around you.
Another reason to “err on the side of caution” in the doctor’s office is the prescription that they are handing you. If it makes you feel worse don’t take it. If it’s to treat a symptom that’s a result of another medicine ask for that original prescription to be changed. If you don’t you will end up with a waterfall effect and must keep adding medication to help with symptoms that the other medications have caused. Honestly do yourself a favor and research the drug interactions and side effects. You’d be surprised how many medications you get put on by the doctor that should never be used together however no one catches it until you start having more health issues. I remember when I was growing up when someone got sick, everyone got together so that everyone could build up immunity to it, we didn’t take something as a preventative or precaution. I’m allergic to so many medications now there are literally only 12 antibiotics I can take because of this I have to be sick for 2 weeks before I even call the VA to make an appointment then they schedule me a minimum of 2 more weeks out so by the time the doctor see me I’ve been sick for 4 weeks minimum.
One would think that in the comfort of their own home there would be no need to “err on the side of caution” however, thanks to technology that’s no longer true.
Firstly, most homes have television, and they contain literal “PROGRAMMING” within the programs that are aired on them. The media is always showing more negative than positive thus leaving people in a negative mood and mindset after consumption. Some programs will have subliminal messages in them thus programming viewers to obey, spend, and consume.
Secondly, most homes have Wi-Fi and thanks to the Wi-Fi signal the computer can track you within the comfort of your own home. https://www.popularmechanics.com/technology/security/a42575068/scientists-use-wifi-to-see-through-walls/ Thus our once private home can be pulled up virtually and monitored by anyone anywhere.
Thirdly, social media is your window to the world from home. One would think that you wouldn’t need to “err on the side of caution” with social media however that isn’t the case. You must watch yourself on social media because of the vast number of ads, scammers, and lies…. just because it’s been fact checked doesn’t make it true.
Fourth, the computer itself is a gateway for hackers into your home. Our world has turned into a world of consumers demanding everyone buy, buy, buy, or pay, pay, pay. All that data stored on your computer for your likes and dislikes is data that hacker’s sale to companies so they can target you and take advantage of what is going on in your life. If you are searching for medical stuff, you will start getting calls suddenly for medical insurance. Pay attention to what you talk about just to those within your home and nowhere else, your computer will still present you with ads relevant to that very topic. This as a result has made everyone jump to go buy the cool new gadget or food because it’s been shoved into their minds as they doom scroll through the internet making them believe they must have it. Think about it, you talked about it to someone, then boom you see ads and articles everywhere so it must mean you need it, wrong. (Reminds me of animals when a laser pointer is pulled out, or the movie UP squirrel scene, or Toy Story where all the toy aliens are amazed by the new shiny toy)
Fifth is the water coming through loaded with Fluoride, a toxic chemical. I have become sensitive to it and since dropping consumption noticed a massive difference in my overall health and well-being. Our own government has researched it and still allows us to consume it. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7261729/
All the above are just a few of the things I “err on the side of caution” with daily. I have more articles and knowledge to share so stay tuned.
